[BUG] Settings Translucent Background becomes completely opaque on focus change

Bug description

Settings Translucent Background becomes completely opaque on focus change when it's focused. Does not happen when unfocused.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the settings window
2. Make sure that the Settings Translucent Background is enabled and that the settings window is in focus
3. Click on bar and open any window (control panel, clipboard, launcher...)
4. Settings become opaque

Expected behavior

Settings should not become completely opaque on focus change.

Actual behavior

Settings become completely opaque.
