Inquiry about permission to translate NLTK documentation

Hello NLTK Team,

I am writing to express my interest in translating the NLTK documentation to help make this incredible resource more accessible to non-English speakers.

However, I noticed that the documentation is currently licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 3.0. As I understand it, the "ND" (No Derivatives) clause generally prohibits the distribution of translations without explicit permission from the copyright holders.

Could you please clarify if the team would be open to granting permission for documentation translation? If so, I would love to discuss the best way to proceed or if there are specific guidelines I should follow.
