dash with multi periods are not downloaded properly

dash with multi periods are not downloaded properly because: same type of stream, e.g. 1080p video, does not always use same RepresentationID in all periods.

for dash with mutiple periods the software should do this simple mechanism:

1. for each Period: do the regular decrypt concat and mux things.
2. then concat results of those period.
