[FR]: `LICENSE` meta-discussion

Currently, the licensing for the CorridorKey software is stipulated in the Readme. It is standard practice to ship a LICENSE file at the root of the repository with the exclusive licensing terms. This adds clarity, but also allows better integration with automated tools (such as github itself's license auto-detection).

Also as a clear note, not that I want to take any stance here really, but the current licensing isn't Open Source according to the Open Source Initiative's definition (notably because of the API clause). Although the term Open Source is not trademarked, that's what most people understand when someone mentions Open Source software. Read more: https://opensource.org/osd
