[Bug] Random crashes during save process or changing encoder

Describe the bug When trying to save a GIF, the application may randomly crash and close. This can happen when changing the encoder, modifying specific encoder settings (such as the dithering mode in KGy), or even during the saving process itself (when the saving progress bar is already showing). I couldn't find any crash logs, nor have I found a way to consistently reproduce the issue. My previous version was 2.41, and this never happened before. What other information can I provide to help locate and fix this issue?

Potentially related info: I heard that gifski had an update, so I deleted the original gifski.dll and let StG download a new one. The previous dll was downloaded on 2024-04-04 (I couldn't tell what version it was), with a size of 524,752 bytes, CRC32: A20CAFC2, MD5: CC3C408D3A50333840F542043B77D7FF. The new gifski.dll is 951,808 bytes, MD5: 970E765A487920B924EF22CA1B64CAE8. It's worth noting that crash also happens on saving with KGy encoding randomly

1. Record a project
2. Change encoder
3. Save gif
