[BUG] "Start with Windows" option does not take effect on system boot

Describe the bug After enabling the "Start with Windows" setting in ScreenToGif, the application does not automatically launch when the operating system starts (either after a full shutdown or a restart). The option appears to be saved in the UI (checkmark persists), but the expected auto‑start behavior is missing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch ScreenToGif (version installed from Microsoft Store).
2. Navigate to the application’s settings menu.
3. Locate the checkbox labeled "Start with Windows" under the application section.
4. Enable the option (check the box) and confirm the settings.
5. Restart the Windows operating system (select Restart from the Start menu, or perform a full shutdown and power on again).
6. Log in to the same user account and wait for the desktop to load.
7. Observe whether ScreenToGif starts automatically – it does not.

Expected behavior After setting the option and rebooting, ScreenToGif does not start automatically. The user has to manually launch the application each time. There is no error message, crash, or visual indication of failure – the setting simply has no effect.
