dashboard: be able to redeploy any ref inside the deployments list, not just the first item

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Can't redeploy from the dashboard a refer from the past. I can only redeploy the first deployment that shows in the deployments list, whether it failed or not

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to redeploy any past deployments. It'd be useful in case the last deployment failed and I want to redeploy the previous to fix metadata with the dashboard
