Send welcome email automatically after email confirmation

Right now the signup flow ends silently: user signs up, gets the "confirm your email" email, confirms, and then nothing happens.

I'd like a welcome email to go out automatically at that point. The template is built and ready in Postmark:

What's set on the Postmark side:

Subject: Welcome to Nhost! Variable: displayName_Value (one, standard) Stream: same one the other auth emails use Alias: code-your-own-16

What do you need from me to make this happen?

Also, would be great if this email works for all sign up methods.
