Error log timestamps with milliseconds

Describe the feature you'd like to add to nginx
Was wondering if there's any interest in adding millisecond precision to error log timestamps.
Currently they look like this: 2025/06/30 20:56:21 [notice] 1351397#0: using the "epoll" event method
But it would be nice to have:2025/06/30 20:56:21.123 [notice] 1351397#0: using the "epoll" event method
Describe the problem this feature solves
Just makes debugging and troubleshooting easier.
