Lock Menu: customize buttons (apps / quick actions)

Describe the enhancement you're suggesting.

New functionality in the Lock Menu (UP from Desktop) to change the actions shown and their positions in the menu.

Option 1:

• HOLD BACK: Toggles the choose action UI. up/down cycles through main apps, external apps and quick actions, and left/right cycles through the items in those lists.
• HOLD OK: Toggles the move button UI. Apps / quick actions can move anywhere inside the 3x2 grid, and the sliders can move left and right.

Option 2:

• Menu added under MNTM > Interface. From here a submenu for main/ext apps and quick actions can be selected to change the following slots: top_left, top_middle, top_right, bottom_left, bottom_middle, bottom_right.
