Out of Memory crashes in Sub-Ghz

Describe the bug.

There are multiple cases where Sub-Ghz crashes with OOM even right after reboot with fresh RAM.

I link this issue as my OOM tests started there. But I create this on as an another tracker.

All reproduced on HEAD-8ed809.

Reproduction

For example that one (regression since mntm-012)

1. Open subghz, go to [Read] for a sec (no need to catch anything)
2. Go to [Saved], chose any RAW file (short, long doesnt metter)
3. Try to [Send] this RAW - OOM crash

Crash2:

1. Open any RAW file and try to send it - crash

Crash3:

1. Open any RAW file and try to decode - crash

Crash4:

1. Open subghz app, send couple keeloqs from saved file.
2. Exit subghz app by pressing back few times - crash.

Crash5:

1. connect to PC via USB, open qFlipper.
2. open Subghz app - rangom crash
3. If not crashe in pkt2 go to [Saved] few times - OOM again

Reboot, powerof, nothing helps, insta crash on latest 8ed809 dev.

No logs yet. In my spare time I will add some profiling to rewrite this but seems like there are few issues that come from unleashed firmware (at least one I already found came in 67e191b1)
