Sub-Ghz corrupts .sub files randomly after transmit

Describe the bug.

.sub files are broken after transmit randomly. It have happend few times to me already, its rare but it broke like 3 .sub file over month of usage.

I plugged fliper to PC and gathered corrupted file. Here it is the content of it: File My_sig.sub:

Protocol: RAW
File_name: /ext/subghz/My_sig.sub
Radio_device_name: cc1101_ext

This file was regular RAW data file before.

Reproduction

Reproduce:

1. select RAW file (if only happened with RAWs for me) in main Sub-GHz app
2. click send
3. try to chose file again... Here if file was corrupted it wont be loaded by the flipper (error message shown v" Cannot parse file) Scroll to steps from comment below
