Display VLANs Assigned to a Site via Vlan Groups

Proposed functionality

Today, VLANs that are assigned directly to a site are displayed in the Related Objects section of that site. VLANs that are assigned to a site via VLAN groups are not included.

The related objects section provides an incomplete picture. VLANs that are linked to a Site via VLAN Groups with a scope of Site or Site Group should be included in the list.

This example has a VLAN that is assigned both to a site and a VLAN Group with scope type of Site.

Use case

In the future, when direct VLAN to Site functionality is deprecated, the VLAN Related Objects will be broken. It should be updated to reflect assignments from VLAN Groups.
