ns-data-download broken links

Describe the bug ns-data-download points to dead google drive links.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run ns-download-data nerfstudio --capture-name nerfstudio-dataset
2. Attempts to access data at https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1YktD85afw7uitC3nPamusk0vcBdAfjlF
3. This download URL returns a 404 error.

Expected behavior Should download dataset, as expected.

Additional context Tested on 1st Oct 2025.
