Fly through view for splatfacto

Hello, could you please share how I can get a nice fly through view rendered? I did interpolate but we are interested in a fly through too.

Also, 20 images vs 150 images, which one would you suggest in terms of speed of the whole process for getting a render? If speed matters, what should we aim for? We don't want real-time but more like under 5 min vs 30 min.

Also, does it even matter if I have depth component or not? Would it help in any matter? Are certain cameras preferred over the other ones? We used iPhone 12 so far we are wondering if certain RGB(D?) cameras may be preferred for better outcomes or if we use (e.g. a realsense camera) computer vision famous cameras, would performance drop compared to iPhone? If you have done such a case study really appreciate pointing me towards that.
