Embrace SSR, streaming rendering

Describe the feature request

I've looked at more issues and found that my real need is not just to rewrite useWindowDimensions. I would much prefer that react-native-web embrace SSR, embrace server - side rendering, and even support streaming rendering. How many people are willing to contribute and support me? I hope to get a response.
