Seekbar incrementProgressBy feature

I was wondering if there's any possibility we could get the android seekbar's "incrementProgressBy" feature, to make the Slider go like 10, 20, 30, 40 or 5, 10, 15, 20, instead of 1, 2, 3, 4.
