trying to install on 5070

I tried to install not using uv as told now i get this error C:\Users\rkf80\dia>python app.py Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Users\rkf80\dia\app.py", line 12, in import soundfile as sf ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'soundfile'
