[UI/UX] 对话高亮标记在右侧小地图/指示器中的位置似乎有些偏移

正文：

问题描述： 在对话中高亮某段代码或文本后，生成了一个蓝色标记，但目前该标记悬浮在页面右上角（如下图所示），未与右侧的问答横线（小地图/Scrollbar Indicator）对齐。

期望结果 | Expected Behavior

建议/期望效果： 将蓝色标记的渲染位置锚定到右侧代表问答批注的纵向横线区域内，方便通过指示器定位高亮内容；或者调整一下 CSS 定位，避免标记悬浮在右上角带来视觉上的困惑； 如果点击标记可以快速跳转就更好了
