Registered Community Edition: Folder creation button disappeared after activation

Describe the problem/error/question I wanted to organize my workflows into folders and clicked the folder icon, which triggered the modal: "Get access to folders with registered community". I entered my email to receive the lifetime free activation key.

In Settings > Usage and plan, the instance correctly updated to: You're on the Community Edition [Registered]

However, immediately after activation:

The folder icon previously located near the filters/search bar completely disappeared from the Overview/Workflows screen.

The + top-left dropdown menu only displays: New workflow, New credential, New data table, New project (Enterprise), New AI chat.

When selecting a workflow context menu (...) > Move, the dropdown states Folders: No folders, but offers no button or input to create a new folder.

Hard refreshing (Ctrl + F5), clearing the browser cache, signing out/in, and restarting the Docker container did not restore the folder creation UI.

What is the error message (if any)? When attempting to re-enter the activation key in Settings > Usage and plan to re-trigger the feature, a toast notification displays: Activation failed: Activation key has already been used on this instance
