relays don't seem to be working in safari

Describe the bug

getting errors like this:

undefined)

it then seems to try every relay (usw1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, euc1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, use1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, usw1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, euc1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, aps1-1.relay.n0.iroh.link, etc etc.) before finally failing.

this only seems to be an issue with safari (both on my iphone + macbook). perhaps it's related to the trailing dot . in the relay urls?
