Monitoring failed

Describe the bug When i powered on and finished of set up the node. There displays bad quality, like 72 hours. And i don't understand why.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install app
2. Allow ports
3. Open NAT
4. See error

Expected behavior Monitoring failed, poor conection

Additional context I tried to contact with support but there don't respond.
