Add OCR support for bill/screenshot images with tabular data extraction and Excel export

Add optical character recognition (OCR) capability to process bill and screenshot images, extract tabular data based on user-defined criteria, and export results to Excel files.

Requested Functionality

1. Screenshot/Bill Image OCR Processing

   • Support common image formats (PNG, JPG, PDF)
   • Recognize and extract text from bill/screenshot images
   • Handle various bill layouts and formats

2. Tabular Data Extraction

   • Automatically detect and parse table structures in images
   • Extract rows, columns, and cell values
   • Preserve data relationships and formatting

3. Custom User Instructions for Target Fields

   • Allow users to define which fields/data to extract

4. Excel Export Functionality
