Profile Picture Not Being Returned

I have a profile link being successfully returned, with a clear profile picture visible on the reviews page. However, no profile picture URL is being returned (it just says "[-] Default profile picture").
For privacy reasons I don't want to post the account where this is happening but open to ideas on how to share this.
