[BUG]Some apps crash or fail to launch after September 1, 2026

Describe the bug

Issue Description: I discovered this issue on September 2, 2026. After launching certain apps, CPU usage spikes heavily until the app crashes or closes automatically without properly opening. However, if I set the system date back to before September 1, the issue no longer occurs.

Affected App Details:

Architecture / ABI: arm64-v8a (issue seems noticeable on ARM64 translated apps rather than native x86_64)

App package name: com.bilibili.snake (Guardian Tales / 坎公骑冠剑)

I noticed in the discussion under #593 that Arknights is experiencing the exact same behavior, so I suspect they share the same underlying cause.
