Switch to a GUI Installer

Switch from a script based installer to:

• A GUI based installer
  • Provide the following options for user to select to customize their installation:
    • Install location
    • GApps or No GApps
    • Magisk or KernelSU or No Root
    • ARM Translation Layer variant
    • Android SDK Platform Tools (optional) from Winget
    • Install for non-Admin users
    • Automatically check for updates?
