[BUG] Unable to Sign in to Google Play or Crash

Describe the bug

Its either failed sign in attempt with suggested fix using older GApps or just Crashing with modern GApps:

• "Couldn't sign in. There was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try Again Later"

Steps to reproduce the issue

I have tried 3 methods already:

1. Directly WSA with GApps no WSA_2407.40000.4.0_x64_Release-Nightly-GApps-13.0-NoAmazon.7z (No apps shows up, after opening files at WSA then only shows play store and Google with settings icon. However they crash after a short freeze at sign up page. Files of WSA also crashes
2. Using the given fix from issue #593. Gets me stuck at the sign in (using the one with Magisk, it didn't crash but instead after loading a bit stating "Couldn't sign in. There was a problem communicating with Google servers. Try Again Later" (Magisk module and Superuser gets gray out too after replacing the files with older GApps)
3. Tried the method 1 again but manually without GApps version with Magisk, then manually downloaded from Windows with APK mirror using modern versions just the Services framework, play services, and play store which leads to an even faster crash instantly closing itself before sign in button appears.

Expected behaviour

Successfully logging into Play Store without crashing and able to use it properly and keep it up to date
