Tunings and Temperaments plugin still not working in MS 4.7

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open an MS file
2. Enable the Tunings and Temperaments plugin
3. Set it to a clearly audible interval
4. Apply and close, then check playback pitch.

Actual Result: No effect on playback. Expected result: There should be a change in pitch.
