Describe the new feature

Android 17 supports the concept of archiving apps, where the app's data and icon is kept on the device, but the app itself is removed. The process for unarchiving the app involves telling the original installer to re-download it.

Currently, AppManager doesn't recognize archived apps and treats them as not installed at all (and therefore doesn't recognize that their data is on the device).

Describe the solution you'd like

App Manager should recognize/list archived apps and support the functions that make sense (opening app settings, showing applicable properties, completely uninstalling, requesting unarchive, etc.)
