UI Tracker is always shows App Manager (LogViewerActivity)

Describe the bug

There is almost always activity on the App Manager in the UI Tracker when it shouldn't be.

To Reproduce

1. Open Labs.
2. Run UI Tracker.
3. Allow accessibility features.
4. Replace app
5. Vuew bug

Expected behavior

No bug
