Mullvad disables Internet when disconnected, causes frequent Internet disconnects even when uninstalled

Issue description

Mullvad seems to kill my Internet randomly. If I disconnect Mullvad, I am unable to use my Internet at all (I am having to type through my phone and can confirm my wifi works fine). Sometimes waiting a full 5-10 minutes (which is an absurd amount of time to get my normal Internet usage back) might work.

Restarting my computer takes ridiculously long to regain Internet connection now.

When disconnected, occasionally I cannot access google.com, but can still open reddit.com, yet is unable to load media on there. Weirdly enough, sometimes I'm mid-call on Discord this would happen but the call wouldn't drop. Occasionally, the Discord call would freeze too, indicating that Internet connectivity was disrupted.

Even if uninstalled, Mullvad somehow left my Internet connectivity far, far worse than before. I have begun getting random disconnects even if Mullvad is Uninstaller.

Honestly, at this point, I just want to be able to remove Mullvad and get my normal Internet connectivity again. This has been the most frustrating week having to deal with Mullvad's insane influence on my Internet.
