Wrong language for multiple videos

I have issues with quite a few videos turning up with spanish or german audio - although they are clearly english first. I couldn't find any active or closed issues with this, although I believe it might be a common problem.

I have reset all settings to default and upgraded to latest version available from pipx repository (both yt-dlp and yewtube).

After reading through issues on yt-dlp I realize this is a known problem and that recent additions of auto translations from Youtube happens. However I have not come any closer to actually finding a solution that works from within Yewtube.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?
