Keyboard Special Key Capture - Fast Toggle Shortcut

Sometimes I need to change if special keys are captured in moonlight. Particularly if I'm dual boxing remotely. My "Stardard" play style is capture the special keys but to alt-tab between moonlight instances i need to shut that off. Normally that consists of ctrl+alt+shift+q changing the option then resuming play.

Would be nice if there was an application shortcut to toggle that option, perhaps: ctrl+alt+shift+c(apture) or ctrl+alt+shift+k(eys)

With a toast / overlay message of the state of the capture option: "Moonlight special key capture: ON / OFF"
