[Feature request]: dual-screen device support

No issues, but dual-screen devices like the AYN Thor are becoming more and more popular in the Android gaming community, and while they work perfectly fine with Moonlight currently, the option to take advantage of the second screen to display a permanent keyboard, track pad that could be switched between would be amazing for users of these devices. GameNative is an example of a program that has implemented this.

The option to utilize a second display on devices like the AYN Thor to show a keyboard and/or trackpad.

Describe alternatives you've considered

While Moonlight already has the option to 3-finger tap for a keyboard, it covers the display and is also small. The ability to have a keyboard fill the entire second screen and always be available would make typing much better and also open the possibility of using hotkeys with the controller.
