[Feature request]: Settings profiles / presets support

Yes. I frequently switch between different use cases and connection environments—such as low-latency streaming for gaming, versus standard-bitrate for desktop streaming.

Currently, I have to manually reconfigure resolution, bitrate, frame pacing, stretch mode, and codec preferences every time I switch between setups. Doing this repeatedly is tedious.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability to save, name, and switch between custom settings presets/profiles.

• Allow to save current settings as a named preset (e.g., "720p 80Mbps", "1080p 30Mbps").
• Provide a simple selector at the top of the Settings to quickly switch active presets.
• Presets should store: resolution, framerate, bitrate, video codec, etc.
