Connection refused (os error 111)

After upgrading to v2 doing everything pointed out in: https://komo.do/docs/releases/v2.0.0

no server is working anymore.

redeploying https://github.com/moghtech/komodo/blob/main/compose/periphery.compose.yaml on every server always results in

1: IO error: Connection refused (os error 111)
2: Connection refused (os error 111)

edit: same error, no matter if in or out bound
