[Feature Request] Notification delay

Most of my configured servers in Komodo are different LXC running on the same host. So every LXC only has enough CPU power assigned to run smoothly but is not able to "take down" the whole host when running CPU intensive tasks. But the way Komodo measures CPU usage leads to showing high CPU usage for every "server" which again leads to a lot of spam via Ntfy.

I propose a notification delay setting which can be configured via the UI. It could be configured to only send notifications after a configurable amount of time, e.g. 5 minutes. If the alert is not resolved within this time frame, the alert gets sent. Otherwise it will just fall under the desk. But for some servers it might be crucial to send notifications instantly. Thus I additionally suggest a filtering system that lets you configure such delays for single servers, a few, all, all but a few, etc.
