cause bootstrap any version old than 5.0.2 to have a spinning cursor

spinning cursor with any bootstrap version newer than 5.0.2

After I upgrade from 5.0.2, my very simple page has a spinning cursor and won't stop and it stop as soon as I remove modernizr.js to load on the same page.

To re-produce, just put any bootstrap version newer than 5.0.2 and put modernizr.js right after then you will see the spinning cursor
