E1021 [429] Commit frequency limit exceeded

Hi ModelScope team,

I recently started getting the following error when uploading to ModelScope Hub:

E1021 [429] Commit frequency limit exceeded

The same upload workflow worked normally before.

Could you please clarify:

1. Has the commit frequency limit been introduced or tightened recently?
2. What is the current commit rate limit and cooldown period?
3. Is it possible to increase the quota for large-scale uploads?
