用 modelscope HubApi().upload_file 上传产生的 git commit 记录为什么 committer 是自己用户名对应的 163 邮箱？

如何才能代码里指定 git committer 和 author ？

另外这些自动生成的错误committer 又不给纠正，见 #1184
