TUI has no in-app shortcut/keybinding help screen

The problem

The TUI (Ink+React) has several tab-specific keybindings, but there's no discoverable in-app reference for them -- a new user has to read the README or guess by trial and error, since nothing in the UI hints at a help overlay.

Solution you have in mind (optional)

Add a ?-triggered overlay listing the active keybindings for the current tab/context, dismissible the same way (Esc or ? again).
