Rich text is not exported along with emoji and opacity in color box

I'm not sure if it's because some emoji is mixed in, that doesn't support plain text or if it's because of the font size change across two lines.

But the project displays the elements, but when I export, only the emoji is visible.

Lately I've had to resort to using plain text with rich text just to put an emoji
