cockroach noises in imported Ogg

Shotcut exports the audio in OGG format fine, but it sounds terrible when imported.

The file explorer "caja" on the MATE desktop plays the preview perfectly, as does the Firefox browser.

However, when exporting the project and therefore converting the audio, the noise remains.
