hub fork should add repo

Command attempted:

git clone https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-release-tools
hub fork
Error creating fork: bmwiedemann/openSUSE-release-tools already exists on github.com

What happened: hub no more added the (previously forked) repo as a bmwiedemann remote as it used to do.

btw: I have several machines and contribute to hundreds of repos, so it is not uncommon to need a previously forked repo plus its upstream on another machine.
