Error in browse

Command attempted: hub browse

What happened:

$ hub browse
github.com username: jasonhemann
github.com password for jasonhemann (never stored):
Error in browse: Not Found (HTTP 404)
Not Found

More info: I don't have a .config/hub file. I know that's an issue. But if that's what's causing this to fail then I think it oughta be clearer that that's the problem, and if not I don't know what the issue actually is.
