[FEAT]: Configured providers should show first

What would you like to see?

In my example, I have local models and the DeepSeek API key. Whenever I want to, I have to type the text specifying which provider I want to use.

Since there are more AI providers every day, it would be convenient that among all the listings, the ones that appear first are the ones I have configured or that I have set as favorites, in order to facilitate switching between providers.
