[Bug]: Not loading

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits of both this extension and the webui

What happened?

Using latest A1111, following the instruction and trying to install controlnet via URL. In console it just download 3 rows of something 23/23 and that's it. In web ui nothing happens, installation can't complete itself.
