Twitter is unable to crawl older tweets and media.

Twitter is unable to crawl older tweets and media. In March, I could still fully crawl an account with over 4,000 media items, but now it's impossible. Is there any way to solve this problem? Downloading by specified time range might help, but I've tried many times and it still doesn't work. It might be related to Twitter's advanced search function crashing/broken now.
