Automatically scroll to the last segment after closing it
The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first
- Check out all the menus and keyboard shortcuts. Maybe the feature already exists?
- Try with the newest version from GitHub
- Read the documentation and FAQ, Known issues, Troubleshooting to see if the feature already exists
- See if someone already suggested this under Issues or Discussions
Description
Feature request
When closing a segment, if the last segment extends beyond the visible area of the segment list, please automatically scroll the list so that the information of the segment that was just closed is visible.
Current behavior
In LosslessCut v3.69.0, when closing a segment, the last segment may extend below the visible area of the segment list.
As a result, part of the information for the newly closed final segment is not visible without manually scrolling.
See the attached screenshot for the current behavior.
Expected behavior
After closing a segment, if the newly closed final segment is outside or partially outside the visible area, the segment list should automatically scroll to bring that segment into view.
See the attached screenshot for the expected behavior.
This would make it easier to immediately confirm the details of the segment that was just closed without having to manually scroll the list.
Version
