Older Style Capture Frame Pop-Up/Dialog

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

Description

The older style of pop up (v3.66.1 & older) did not require any input after capturing a frame, which was faster if you were capturing multiple Frames.

In the newer versions (v3.67.0 & newer) everything is greyed out while the pop up is up .So one is required to either hit show or close which makes it quite slow for capturing multiple frames.

(Screenshot attached is from the original v3.67.0 update where the change was first introduced, but the behaviour is similar down to the current version.)
